Instructions

Feeding Transition

Hungry Bark has over 66 billion probiotic microorganisms, making it easier for your dog to transition to Hungry Bark. To help your dog adjust comfortably to Hungry Bark, add a small amount of Hungry Bark (1/4 to 1/2 of your dog’s recommended portion size) to each meal while reducing the amount of your dog’s current food. Gradually increase the amount over 7-10 days until your dog’s bowl is completely full with Hungry Bark. Continue feeding by following our portion guidelines shown on the bag.

Portion Guidelines

To determine portion sizes, divide the total daily amount suggested by the number of daily feedings best for your dog.

Dog food

So far so good. My dogs love the Grain free salmon hungry bark. Still adjusting to the new food but seem to enjoy as they lick the bowl dry.

Great food

I have 2 Yorkies that are extremely picky eaters. I have tried several very high end brands. A couple were freeze dried raw brands and they didn’t like those either. I tried Hungry Bark and they both immediately took a liking to it. We are on our second bag and so far so good.

Superfoods w/ Salmon (Grain-Free)

My 8-year-old cocker spaniel Sylvie LOVES this food. While she loves food in general, she does get finicky about her food and tends to get bored. Unfortunately, we were never able to switch it up as her digestive is super sensitive. We have always bought high quality and expensive foods and for over 15 years were loyalists to sojos which is a freeze-dried raw food as that was the only food that would work for her. But she seemed to get bored quite often.

In early 2019 she was diagnosed with melanoma cancer which after a very costly treatment she has fully recovered. During that treatment, we even paid a certified pet nutritionist to make a home meal plan which was very costly, and all though she liked the food, none of the 3 would work. She still would get colitis and we would have a very messy situation ongoing, this was the same as some of the other kibble on the market.

Sylive has always also had an oral issue with her teeth, so we have always wanted to get her on kibble to help also clean her teeth somewhat as opposed to the wetter foods that sit there.

Fast forward, After ordering a small bag to try through a friend recommendation of the product.

Here I am writing a review, which means a lot as I tend to not review products. But My dog loves the food. After a month of daily use no digestive issues (albeit a smelly fart every now and then), and we did a hard switch to the product. I have now ordered a larger size bag, including a small bag of another flavor and some…

My dog is a picky eater, but loved Hungry Bark

I have a two year old Bernedoodle who has become a really picky eater over the last year. Some days he won't even touch his breakfast until late afternoon which I know is not good for his health or his energy. Even when he does eat his standard food in the morning he seems very uninterested and just slowly eats it throughout the morning. The first time I gave him Hungry Bark, however, he immediately ate the entire bowl and sat next to it staring at me afterwards wanting more. He seems to have a lot more energy after eating Hungry Bark for every meal over the last week, and has been finishing his meals every time he is fed. I would definitely recommend giving Hungry Bark a try if you want a healthy and happy dog!
